Summary of Sexual Abuse Allegations against Father Daniel Tisak:

According to the New Castle News, In 1988 Father Danial Tisak pleaded guilty to charges indecent assault for fondling a 12-year-old boy at the Sewickley YMCA. The judge sentenced Tisak to 2 years of probation and was ordered to spend at least 6 months at St. Luke’s Institute for treatment of sexual disorders.

Tisak was a member of the Byzantine Rite of the Catholic Church.  He is not affiliated with the Roman Catholic Diocese of Pittsburgh.
