Summary of Sexual Abuse Allegations against Father James Ryan:

A lawsuit was filed against Father James Ryan and other priests in the Diocese of Camden in 2005 alleging he abused a young victim between 1986 and 1992 when the victim was an altar boy at Our Lady of the Lakes mission church in Collings Lake.

The victim alleges he was sexually abused by Ryan, who would drive him home from Mass.

The victim said he repressed the memories because of threats against him and his family from Ryan.

Ryan passed away in 2004. His exact burial location is unknown.
