Summary of Sexual Abuse Allegations against Father John Kline:

In 2011, a man filed a civil lawsuit against the Archdiocese of Philadelphia naming Father John Kline as the priest who sexually abused him as a child.  The lawsuit said that Kline abused the then-7 year old boy at St. Francis Xavier parish and Roman Catholic High School, as well as on a trip to the Jersey Shore ni 1968 or 1969.

Kline is not listed on the Archdiocese of Philadelphia’s lists of credibly accused priests.  He was not identified in the 2005 grand jury report.

Kline died in 1996 as a priest in active ministry at St. Thomas More Church.
