Summary of Allegations against Msgr. John Baruch:

Baruch was a diocesan consultor member of the Council of Priests from 1972-84, and dean of the South Schuylkill Deanery from 1977-78.

According to the Diocese of Allentown’s website, Baruch has been the subject of one allegation of abuse (details undisclosed), which came to the Diocese of Allentown’s attention after Baruch’s death.  The allegation was not included in the August 2018 grand jury report.

Baruch died in 1995.  At the time, he was a priest in good standing with the Diocese of Allentown.
