Summary of Sexual Abuse Allegations Against Father Andrew Coffey:

Fr. Andrew Coffey allegedly inappropriately kissed a girl under the age of 14 in 1972 while assigned to St. James in Davis, California from 1963 to 1994. No further details of the abuse are listed. The incident was reported to authorities and the Sacramento Diocese in 2002, eight years after Coffey already retired. He served the Davis community for nearly fifty years and continued living in Davis after his retirement until his death. No disciplinary action was ever taken, according to diocese records.

Casey was included on the Diocese of Sacramento list of clergy credibly accused of sexually abusing a minor.

Coffey died in 2010.
