Summary of Abuse Allegations against Father Andrew Roy:

Father Andrew Roy, a/k/a Father Andres Rodriquez, was ordained in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles in 1936, and moved to Virginia in 1956. He served in multiple parishes before he retired in 1981 when he moved to Spain. According to media reports, in 2003 he was named in a lawsuit in which a man alleged that Father Roy molested him from 1962 to 1966, and took photographs of him while serving at St. James Catholic Church and elementary school. The priest used drugs and alcohol to incapacitate the boy. 

In 2004, Father Roy was 92 years old and suffering from Alzheimers. He is presumed deceased. His date of death unknown.
