Summary of Sexual Abuse Allegations against Fr. Anthony Caron:

Fr. Anthony Caron was ordained to the priesthood in 1935, and served in multiple parishes in the Diocese of Norwich. According to media reports, in February 2019, his name was included on its “list of clergy with allegations of substance of sexual abuse of a minor.” The details of the allegations, including the information about the age/gender of his alleged victim/victims, the nature of the alleged sexual abuse, and Caron’s assignments at the time of the alleged abuse are unknown.

Fr. Anthony Caron was removed from ministry in 1959, and died in 1969.
