Summary of Sexual Abuse Allegations against Fr. Denis Galipeau:

Fr. Denis Galipeau was ordained a priest in 1961. He was excardinated from the Diocese of Norwich in 1970, and  incardinated into the Archdiocese of Montreal. According to media reports, in February 2019, the Diocese included Fr. Galipeau’s name on its “list of clergy with allegations of substance of sexual abuse of a minor.” The details of the allegations, including the information about the age/gender of his alleged victim/victims, the nature of the alleged sexual abuse, and Galipeau’s assignments at the time of the alleged abuse are unknown. Fr. Denis Galipeau was excardinated from the Diocese of Norwich in 1970; he was incardinated into the Archdiocese of Montreal.

Fr. Denis Galipeau was removed from ministry in 1964. His current whereabouts are unknown.
