Summary of Sexual Abuse Allegations against Father Frank Flynn:

Fr. Frank Flynn was ordained a priest in 1967 and is from Ireland. According to media reports, there was a sexual abuse accusation made against Flynn as early as 1982. He was accused of seducing at least three women and of kissing and groping a young girl when she was aged 12-18. The police closed the investigation in 2002.

The Diocese was notified at least four times between 1982-1997 that Flynn was seducing women, yet Flynn was only transferred to other parishes and no other actions were taken. Flynn left the diocese in 1997 and returned to Ireland because of a “weak heart”.

Flynn was working at All Hallows Seminary in Dublin in 2002 and retired by 2004. The Diocese paid at least two settlements involving Flynn. Flynn was named in a fourth lawsuit.

His current whereabouts are unknown.
