According to media reports, in 1993, Fr. Henry Trainor was accused of sexually abusing a child. Trainor took a leave of absence following the report and was reinstated a few years later by the Archdiocese of San Francisco.  According to news sources, he was quietly removed again in 2002 when prosecutors were given information about the earlier accusation. Fr. Trainor’s status as a priest, whereabouts, and whether he has access to children since 2002 is unknown.
