Summary of Sexual Abuse Allegations Against Father Laurence Boschetto:

A 2007 lawsuit accused Fr. Laurence Boschetto, a former Christian Brother, of sexual abuse. According to the lawsuit, it further alleged that Boschetto sexually abused the plaintiff in the 1970s.

Boschetto of the Congregation of Christian Brothers, Archdiocese of New York, was named in a 2007 civil lawsuit claiming he sexually abused a fellow brother and drugged him while serving at Blessed Sacrament High School in New Rochelle, New York. The victim’s appeal was dismissed by the New York Supreme Court in 2009, stating there wasn’t enough evidence to support allegations.

Boschetto has since left religious life and pursued a career in advertising and marketing. As of 2009, he was a Senior Advisor to the Interpublic Group. He used to be the CEO and President of Draftfcb, a global advertising agency network.
