Summary of Sexual Abuse Allegations Against Father Luis Michael O’Halloran:

Fr. Luis Michael O’Halloran was named publicly on the Diocese of Sacramento’s List of credibly accused clergy in 2019. Sexual abuse allegations against O’Halloran were reported to the Sacramento Diocese from his time at St. Joseph in Redding, California. Information about the age/gender of his alleged victim/victims, the nature of the alleged sexual abuse, or O’Halloran’s assignments at the time of the alleged abuse is unknown.

In 2014, he returned to Ireland and was living at the Dominican Priory, Ennismore, Montennote in Cork until he moved to the nursing home in Midleton.

O’Halloran is included in the Diocese of Sacramento list of priests credibly accused of child sexual abuse.

O’Halloran died in 2018.
