Summary of Sexual Abuse Allegations against Father Michael Toth:

The Diocese of Ogdensburg released a list of 28 priests who were credibly accused of sexual misconduct with a minor or a vulnerable adult on November 13th, 2018. One priest that was first named publicly as accused of sexual abuse by the list was Father Michael Toth.

The Diocese of Ogdensburg did not include the number of alleged victims or the time frame that the alleged abuse occurred. The only information released about Father Toth was that he has been removed from public ministry, and is still living.

Each name on the list has been internally investigated and found to have reasonable grounds by the Diocesan Review Board.
