Summary of Sexual Abuse Allegations against Fr. Salvatore Busca:

Fr. Salvatore Busca was ordained to the priesthood of the Congregation of the Servants of the Paraclete in 1955, and served in multiple parishes in the Diocese of Norwich. According to media reports, in 2019, he was publicly named on the Diocese of Norwich’s list of “clergy with allegations of substance of sexual abuse of a minor.” The details of the allegations, including the information about the age/gender of his alleged victim/victims, the nature of the alleged sexual abuse, and Busca’s assignments at the time of the alleged abuse are unknown.

Fr. Busca was removed from ministry in 1961, and excardinated from the Diocese of Norwich in 1969. He perpetually professed into the Servants of the Paraclete, meaning he renounced his goods either partially or totally according to the norm of proper law and with the permission of the supreme moderator is to do the same. He died in 2006.
