Summary of Abuse Allegations against Father Thomas Pyne:

In December 2018, Father Thomas Pyne’s name appeared on the Maryland Province of the Society of Jesus list of Jesuits with credible allegations of sexual abuse of minors. It released almost no information on the allegations against each priest, including age/gender of the victims, or each priest’s assignment at the time of the alleged abuse.

According to media reports, Father Pyne was accused of multiple allegations of abuse in Washington. The estimated time frame of the abuse was the 1960s.

He left the Jesuits in 1968 and died in 1999.
