Sr. Anne, a member of the Franciscan Sisters Order, was accused in a lawsuit filed in 2019 of sexually abusing a 7-year-old child. According to media reports, the alleged abuse took place between 1973-1974 while serving at Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The church is now known as St. Mary of the Assumption. Information about the age/gender of her alleged victim or the nature of the alleged sexual abuse is unknown
