In 2018, Fr. Eugene Colosimo was included on the Jesuits West Province list named as being credibly accused of child sex abuse. It notes reports in 1993 of abuse that took place from 1957-1959.
In 2018, Colosimo was included on a list of priests in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles who was named as being credibly accused of child sex abuse. It notes reports in 2016 of abuse that took place in 1978.
Information about the age/gender of his alleged victims or the nature of the alleged sexual abuse is unknown.
From the time Colosimo was ordained, he taught at Jesuit High Schools in San Jose CA, Phoenix AZ, Santa Barbara CA, and Los Angeles CA. According to his obituary, he spent many years doing parish work at St. Leander in San Leandro.
In 1994, Colosimo lived at Sacred Heart Jesuit Center in Los Gatos, California until his death.
Colosimo died in 2006.
