Summary of Abuse Allegations against Father James F. Nolan:

In 2003, the Diocese of Scranton received a report from a 75 year old man who stated that he was sexually abused by Father James Nolan as a 15 year old altar boy.  He was fondled over his clothing by Nolan.

Nolan’s name appears on the Diocese of Scranton’s list of credibly accused priests, meaning that the internal review deemed this (or some other) allegation against Nolan to be credible.

Nolan died in 1957.
