Summary of Abuse Allegations Against Father Paul Keeling:

According to media reports, in November 2018, Father Paul Keeling’s name was included in the Diocese of Buffalo’s updated list of priests with substantiated claims of sexual abuse of a minor. The original list was published in March 2018. In September 2019, he was named in a civil lawsuit alleging he repeatedly sexually abused a 15-year-old male student at Bishop Turner-Carroll High School from 1983 through 1985. Father Keeling had befriended the boy’s family, gave him frequently gave him cigarettes and alcohol, and took him on overnight trips.
