A native of Cuba, Fr. Ramon Hernandez was a priest in the Diocese of St. Petersburg. In 2006, he was accused of sexually abusing a 16-year-old boy in 1999 while serving at St. Rita’s in Dade City, FL. Even though charges were not filed, Hernandez removed himself from ministry.
