Fr. Sean J. McGrath worked in the Philippines after ordination until about 1974, then in London, England until about 1984. In 1986, he spent ten years in Belize, then was sent to the United States in 1996. He returned to his native country of Ireland in 2014 and died in 2018. Fr. McGrath was named publicly as accused on the Los Angeles Archdiocese’s 2018 list of Archdiocesan Clergy Credibly Accused of Sexual Abuse of a Minor.
