According to media reports, Fr. Sidney J Custodio was named in a lawsuit alleging that he sexually abused a minor girl while he worked at St. Gregory’s in San Mateo, California from approximately 1960 to 1963. Information about the age of his alleged victim or the nature of the alleged sexual abuse is unknown.

As of 2008, he was believed to be living in Menlo Park, California. His current whereabouts are unknown.
