Summary of Abuse Allegations against Father Thomas Duong Binh-Minh:

According to media reports, in 2019, Father Thomas Duong Binh-Minh’s name appeared on the Diocese of Oaklands’ list of clergy credibly accused of sex abuse of minors. It noted an incident of child sexual abuse abuse in 1987, three years before he was ordained in 1990, when he was a deacon at St. Felicitas in San Leandro.

Father Binh-Minh was removed from ministry in April 2002, and has been directed to a life of prayer and penance with “minimal sustenance” from the diocese. He is, however, receiving his retirement benefits. His last known location was Concord, CA. His current whereabouts are unknown.
