Br. Ernest Rodie was ordained a Brothers of the Holy Cross religious order priest in 1956, who served in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. According to media reports, Br. Rodie has been accused and named in a civil lawsuit, which alleged that he sexually abused a minor while working at Rancho San Antonio in approximately 1964 to 1965. Br. Rodie was included in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles’ 2004 list of clergy accused of sexual misconduct involving minors. His clerical status, current whereabouts, and whether he has access to children are unknown.
