Summary of Allegations Against Father William G. Ayres:

According to the Archdiocese of Philadelphia Father William Ayres was removed from assignments at two parishes in 2010 after allegations arose that he had molested a minor in the late 1990s while at St. Charles Borromeo Seminary. According to their website, Ayres is currently staying at a home for retired priests during the investigation. The civil suit filed in 2011 accuses Ayres of abusing another youth from 1996 through 1999 at Incarnation of Our Lord Parish in Philadelphia when Ayres was the seminarian.
