Summary of Abuse Allegations against Father John Hajduk:

According to media reports, in March 2018, Father John Hajduk’s name was included in the Diocese of Buffalo’s list of priests who “were removed from ministry, were retired, or left ministry after allegations of sexual abuse of a minor.” No information regarding the allegations was disclosed As of April 2018, Father Hajduk is living in a skilled nursing facility in Alexandria, Virginia.

One parishioner said she personally complained to the Diocese of Buffalo about Father Hajduk on behalf of other parents who were concerned with his behavior around children. He allegedly cursed and used foul language, and took them to see R-rated movies. She recalled it had been about six months after she spoke with diocesan officials, that Father Hajduk was moved out of the parish.
