Summary of Sexual Abuse Allegations against Father William J. Malone:

Fr. William J. Malone was ordained a priest in 1958. He worked in the Diocese of St. Augustine between 1982-1992. Malone went to live with his order in Long Island, New York in 1992, then he returned to the Ireland Province of The Holy Ghost Fathers where remained until his death.

In 2019, Malone was named publicly as credibly accused of sexual abuse of a minor in the early 1980s at Sacred Heart in Jacksonville, Florida.

In 2020, Malone was included on a list of priests in the Diocese of St. Augustine who was named as being “credibly accused” of child sex abuse.

Malone died in 2003.
