Happy Women’s History Month!

Happy Women's History Month! Here's a shout-out to just a few notable women who have made or are making our society a safer place for all:

-Anne Barrett Doyle, the savvy and very hard working co-director of an amazing resource: BishopAccountability.org, and her colleagues Suzy Naumann and Pauline Hodgdon.

-Journalists Rachel Zoll, Laurie Goodstein, Michelle Boorstein, and many others

-Barbara Blaine, the founder and long-time president of SNAP, the Survivors Network of those Abused by Priests.

-Christa Brown, the founder of StopBaptistPredators.org, author of "This Little Light of Mine" and a long-time advocate for those victimized in Southern Baptist churches.

-Kansas City prosecutor Jean Peters Baker who prosecuted the first - and only - US prelate to be found guilty of concealing child sex crimes, Bishop Robert Finn.

-Michigan Attorney General Dana Nessell, who's doing a terrific job of bringing predator priests to justice and who used volunteers to pour through thousands of pages of long-concealed church abuse and cover up documents.

-Now-retired district attorney Lynn Abraham, who led a grand jury through crimes and cover ups in the Philadelphia Archdiocese.

-Barbra Graber, the founder and head of SNAPMennonite, who has patiently but persistently helped expose Mennonite predators. (See the MAP list: https://www.themaplist.org/the-map-list/

-The incredibly brave women who exposed perhaps America's most disgraced doctor, Larry Nassar: Arianna Guerrero, Rachael Denhollander, Amy Labadie, Tiffany Thomas Lopez, Marie Anderson, Jordyn Wieber, Aly Raisman, McKayla Maroney, Jamie Dantzscher and others.
