In 2012 and again in 2013, Jesse Rupp was arrested for Corruption of Minors. Rupp was a lay teacher in the music department of York Catholic High School in York, PA, where he met his victim. Rupp is on the Youth Protection List of Credibly Accused Non-Clergy connected to the Roman Catholic Diocese of Harrisburg and was listed as a registered sex offender in 2014 in the state of Pennsylvania.
