Summary of Sexual Abuse Allegations against Father Richard Houck:

Father Richard Houck was assigned to Church of the Most Precious Blood in Chula Vista, California. According to the Diocese of San Diego, in 1977, Father Houck molested a 10-year-old altar boy while being assigned to the parish. When the victim reported the abuse in 2004, the diocese paid a settlement and the victim did not pursue the matter in court.

Richard Houck died in February 2002.

His name appears on the San Diego Diocese’s list of credibly accused clergy that was updated in September 2018.
