Fr. Sebastian Altamirano Torres is originally from Nayarit, Mexico. The Los Angeles Archdiocese listed him as credibly accused in 2018 after reports of sexual abuse that occurred between 1986-1992 surfaced. Fr. Altamirano Torres left the Archdiocese in 2007.
